We are looking for a full-time Accounting Assistant to perform and execute the following tasks:
- Process and enter vendor invoices using knowledgeable judgment
- Process and post all credit card receipts and expense trackers for employees
- Track and record California (CA) Lien Releases
- Accurately scan all accounting documents I the electronic filing system
- Identify, research, and resolve outstanding A/P issues
- Demonstrate the ability to adjust priorities to meet deliverables and deadlines
- Provide data in support of tax return and other external reporting requirements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize duties
- Provide general support for the Accounting Department as needed, including special projects and analysis

- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Real estate construction experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Data entry/10-key experience 2+ years
- General ledger accounting/bookkeeping 2+ years
- Job Cost experience preferred
- Sage 100 experience preferred
- Prior paperless work environment preferred
- A pre-employment background check and drug screen is required
