HIGHERING: Sales and Marketing Administrative Assistant
The Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant will provide Marketing coordination while supporting the Residential Acquisitions team in generating and converting opportunities through various administrative activities.

Assist Sales Team in ensuring all contact records are documented properly and updated throughout different phases of the Sales Pipeline in the company CRM, HubSpot.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team (creating property folders, updating tasks, assisting in follow-up activities etc.).
Support the Sales Team by screening some inbound phone calls.
Maintain rapport through consistent follow up with prospective clients through means of written and oral communication
Maintain and scrub various contact lists by using Excel or other software programs.
Create and ensure thank you cards, and gifts are distributed in a timely manner to our agents and sellers.
Manage several calendars by coordinating and booking appointments through Outlook for our agents and Acquisitions Managers.
Collaborate with Director of Residential Operations to develop content for various social media marketing campaigns, Partner events and more.
Create and design flyers and other marketing materials and communications as needed.
Manage various marketing platform systems in order to adhere to consistent scheduling of email blasts, social media, and drop calls.
Manage “branding” posts on social media platforms (Facebook. Instagram etc.,).
Provide “Raving Fan” customer service.
General office duties and misc. projects.
Assist in the coordination of quarterly companywide CTM and other HR projects.
Scribe meeting notes and actionable items and prepare reports when necessary.
Assist in any other area as needed

High school diploma or GED
Student or completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior real estate experience a plus, but not required
