The Fairway-4-Veterans Golf Outing
A Day Of Golf
Wounded Warrior Homes (WWH), a non-profit organization, based out of San Diego, CA hosted the Fairway-4-Veterans Golf Outing to help bring awareness to single post 9/11 combat veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress (PTS). This year REIG Companies, along with Christo Garcia from My Swing Evolution, had the privilege to help spread the word by becoming a donor and sponsor for the event.
With the help of Christo’s YouTube channel, Fairway-4-Veterans Golf Outing received some great awareness with a segment on how to swing a golf club along with a recap of the event (Watch the video).
FromĀ Nothing To Something Great
Weāre extremely proud and honored to have the opportunity to work with such a great organization like Wounded Warrior Homes. To see Mia Roseberry come from a vision, a simple idea, and grow the organization to what it is today, has been extraordinary. As a sponsor, having the opportunity to put on the Fairway-4-Veterans Golf Outing which allows golfers from all sorts of skill levels come and play a day of golf with wounded warriors and raise money to help assist future wounded veterans get off the streets has been amazing. As Co-Founder/CEO of REIG Companies – Patrick Clark, put it:
āIām former military myself, so we really connected with their cause⦠it does have an impact on people, a lot of their dollars do go to pulling veterans off the streets and putting them into transitional housing.ā
