REIG donated a complete home renovation to a local military family in need, the Barton’s. With the help of many local sponsors, full interior and exterior renovations were made to accommodate the Barton’s needs.

With a heart to serve our local military heroes, REIG created the charitable initiative: REIG Operation Renovation with the support of Wounded Warrior Homes.

With a desire to uphold the highest level of quality and integrity in our renovations, we decided to take construction in-house. Thus, REIG Construction was created!

The REIG Team establishes their home base in San Marcos, CA. With Mission Realty Group, REIG opens up their office in North County San Diego.

Patrick & Brian purchased their first residential investment property in Vista, CA! The home was purchased, renovated and sold in 2011- marking the birth of REIG Renovations.

After working together as REO Asset Managers, Patrick & Brian decided to take on the adventure of building a business together. With the sale of a boat and $5,000 in cash, they invested in what would later become REIG.
